Gemma Murphy – Operations Director

Gemma makes sure that the way we work is consistent, to a very high standard and continually aims to make our support better and better. She’s pretty good at it. The Care Quality Commission has rated 100% of our services GOOD or OUTSTANDING. As a busy mum of two boys, getting in her 10,000 steps a day is not difficult, but just in case she has her own treadmill.
