Freya Bleakley – HR Director

Freya has held a number of HR leadership roles within several different industries. After working in housing and education she realised that she loved working for organisations that had a social purpose and with people who were passionate about what they do.

She was drawn to PossAbilities due to its quirky and fun nature  along with a strong commitment to help people ‘Live the life they choose’.

Working in HR means she can make a positive difference to the working lives of our fantastic employees, ensuring that everyone loves their job and can deliver their best work for our service users.

When she’s not at work you’ll find her exploring the great outdoors with her husband, two children and two spaniels in their self-converted campervan.
